Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations after we have processed your order will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Exceptions to this policy are solely Midwest Machine and Fabrication discretion, and will depend on the situation. For example, if you place an order and realize you’ve made an error, then you quickly contact us prior to the order processing, we may waive this fee.
Shipping
All orders are processed in the order they are received, and only red label/air freight orders take priority. We ship products as fast as we can, but you can typically expect at least one day delay between placing your order and the product shipping for products we stock. Products we resell may have extended shipping delays depending on the manufacturer.
Shipping and Billing Addresses must be the same, no drop shipments.
We ship by UPS or USPS, depending on value, weight, and customer request to deliver parts as timely as possible for the lowest cost. We only ship to the continental US.

Applicable Use
All Products sold by Midwest Machine and Fabrication are for Off-Road Use Only. Any performance modifications and installations made are at the customer’s own risk. Midwest Machine and Fabrication holds no responsibility, either implied or otherwis,e for mechanical, electrical, or other failure when using any aftermarket performance part. Items sold for off-road use only may be illegal for road use in some states or provinces and are intended for off-road racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public road.
By purchasing any of our products we manufacture or resell, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that Midwest Machine and Fabrication holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
The buyer acknowledges that Midwest Machine and Fabrication has made him or her aware that these products are intended for off-road or race track use only.
Damaged Merchandise and Shipment Shortages
Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Products shipped from Midwest Machine and Fabrication are inspected before shipment, and we make every effort to package them securely. All shipments are F.O.B. Odessa, Missouri. It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment completely, while the shipping driver is present, and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT return any damaged parts to Vincent Performance. If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim, and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer. We can assist with the filing of any damage claims.
If a shortage is found within the shipment, it must be reported to Midwest Machine and Fabrication within five (5) business days of receipt of the shipment. Claims should refer to the invoice number, date of invoice, date of shipment, part number, and description. We will not be responsible for damages or losses reported after the 5-business-day period.
Returns
Midwest Machine and Fabrication accepts returns for parts that are in new condition, unused, and unmarked in their original packaging within a 30-day period. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied for the return of acceptable parts within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions. Return shipment fees are the customer’s responsibility. Midwest Machine and Fabrication will only refund the original purchase price, which was paid less the restocking fee and shipping costs.
For any orders with a lead time or out of stock, and the customer is notified of such and approves the wait/lead times, early cancellation also incurs a 20% fee.
Any order placed and then later canceled after the order has been processed, but has not shipped yet, is subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This covers normal stocking items, but it does not cover products such as Optic Armor Lexan Windows, drop ship orders, special orders, and other items that may have to be made.

Pricing Accuracy
In the event of a pricing error on this website or in other advertisements, Midwest Machine and Fabrication reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to such pricing errors.
Payments
Midwest Machine and Fabrication accepts all major credit cards, cash, check, money orders and Paypal. We will not ship your order until full payment has been processed or received.
